Explore Chichen Itza on your own

Discover what it was the Mayan ancient culture like on this Private Chichen Itza Tour.

Get picked up at any location within Cancun or Riviera Maya at the time you choose. The most recommended hour for the pick-up is from 7:00 to 9:00, in order to evade crowds. As this is a Private Tour, the vehicle will be only for you. Itinerary will be at your will.

Have some water or beer along the road while being explained a bit of the Mayan Culture by the driver.

Be amazed by the imposing Kukulcan Temple (aka "The Castle"), the Warriors Temple, the Descending God Temple, and the incredible land extension.

Enjoy the day with your family or friends. Certified guides can be found on-site for deeper explanations about the history of Chichen Itza.

Capture great photos of The Castle and the Ball Court for posterity.

Once you have explored the Archaeological Site, you will be lead to a cenote, probably the most known of the area, which is the Ik Kil Cenote. Refresh in its crystal waters and cool down the after-walk heat.

When you are done at the cenote, you can either have lunch right there at a buffet-type restaurant serving regional dishes in Ik Kil Cenote or at Valladolid, a Colonial Town right next door. Both places have affordable prices (food is not included on this tour).

If you choose to visit Valladolid in Yucatan, you will be able to discover the Cathedral, Mayan Museums, and Art & Crafts Boutiques, where you can buy all kinds of souvenirs.

After a long day visiting touring around Yucatan Peninsula, you will be driven back to your hotel so you can have some rest and recall all the blissful experiences you just lived.

This tour is provided by Cancun to Chichen Itza.
