Once you clear customs, you need to walk out by the "shuttle and transportation" gates. You will find people holding boards. Look for a board with our logo (orange and white suitcase) and you'll be good. You can give us a call at any time if you can't find us. Look for the emergency numbers on your confirmation.

Yes, we include insurance for all our passengers for complete liability while using our services.

Sure, we can provide baby seats with prior notice (upon availability). We will do our best to fulfill any request, but do bear in mind this depends on availability. So far, had no problems with this.

You can make a reservation at any time. We suggest from one week to one day in advance, however, we will do our best to complete any last-minute-reservation.

We highly recommend pre-booking in order to avoid waiting for an available driver. We do are capable of arranging a service if you just arrived at Cancun Airport. However, you might have to wait for a vehicle to be available.

As every passenger is required to have a seat, children count as passengers and pay the same rates than adults.

We do not responsibilize for objects left in the vehicles. However, if it gets to happen, contact us via phone as soon as you notice the missing item. Bear in mind our vans are constantly picking-up passengers and moving across locations.

Yes, you can get a refund if, and just if, you cancel 12 hours before the scheduled time. After that time, it is not possible.

Not mandatory but highly recommended. Drivers rely highly on tips, so they will do their best to earn them by a professional service.
